Miles Baron

Chief Executive Officer

Miles Baron was appointed Chief Executive of The Bingo Association and the National Bingo Game in October 2012. A former Operations Executive and latterly Sales and Marketing Director, Miles spent 29 years with Mecca Bingo having joined the bingo industry as a management trainee in 1983.  Miles is a graduate of Bradford University and Leeds University Business School where he completed his Executive MBA.


Paul Swindon

Head of Governance and Compliance

Paul Swindon joined The Bingo Association in 2019 as Head of Governance and Compliance and Company Secretary.  Forming part of the senior management team, Paul is responsible for all compliance, regulatory and corporate governance matters for and on behalf of the BA and its associated group of companies. In his spare time, Paul really enjoys writing music and playing guitar, and is a long and suffering Spurs supporter!


Manso Richards

Head of Finance

Manso Richards joined the Association in March 2018. As the Head of Finance of the BA, NBGA and Meeron, he is responsible for the finance function that supports these companies. This includes the payroll, sales and purchase ledgers, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and is ably supported by a Management Accountant and an Accounts Assistant.  He is a married father of three, and a keen cyclist.


Sharon Salmon

Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive

Sharon joined the Association in June 1999, from EY.  She is the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive, but is also responsible for office management, health & safety and organising the Association’s annual networking events such as the AGMs, roadshows and BA Golf Day.  In her spare time, Sharon really enjoys dancing and has a bronze medal in Salsa, Latin Jive and the Cha Cha Cha!


Peta Reynolds

Compliance Officer

Peta is responsible for the day-to-day operation of membership services including compliance functions, the Bingo Industry Self-Exclusion Scheme, and age verification testing.  As a qualified Health Champion, Peta is passionate about mental health and is actively involved in various campaigns, both locally and nationally.  In her spare time, you’re likely to find her crafting or with her two grandchildren.
